Afternoon from the sunny Portugal.
I have a few questions that I'm looking for guidance on.
I'm aware of the darome three elbow positions, I say aware because it is merely on my radar. I'm also aware of the three / four positions of the elbow with TGM technique.
Does anyone here care to put meat on the bones on this tying in which elbow positions 1 to 3 are Pitch, Punch, Push and Paw I believe.
I'm away from my copy of TGM to research further and forums or google searches have sent me in circles.
Anybody who can help it is very much appreciated.

Pitch has the right elbow in front of the right hip bone. Punch has it out to the side a bit (look at middle pic): Push elbow is rare to see, but Jim Furyk does it: With pitch and punch, the elbow is *more* in-line with the hands. Pitch elbow tends to get the elbow a little in front of the hands, punch a little behind. Push has the elbow well behind the hands and the golfer ends up using a 'piston' style action with the right arm in order to 'push' the clubhead towards the ball. 3JACK

Perfect!
That reply is a great explanation and I can assume and likely solve which order Mac numbered the three positions as 1, 2 and 3 under darome.

I personally never had them labeled 1, 2 and 3. I wouldn't doubt if that was the case. I know that Mac has roughly 200 pressure points plotted and numbered. It's just something that never came up with me.

200 pressure points... The 4 by TGM don't suffice then!
Mac is a different breed.
