Unfortunately, the days are now short and cold... time to catch up on some reading.
I picked up "Hogan" by Curt Sampson a few days ago... couldn't put it down. A fantastic read, highly recommend.
After finishing "Hogan" I started reading "Swinging from My Heels: Confessions of an LPGA Star" by Christina Kim & Alan Shipnuck. Pretty good behind-the-scenes stuff. I'm only a few chapters in but so far it's "meh" overall. Not enough names given to make things realy interesting.
I'm looking to pick up these books as well: -The Missing Links: America’s Greatest Lost Golf Courses & Holes. -Golf Has Never Failed Me: The Lost Commentaries of Legendary Golf Architect Donald J. Ross -Great Donald Ross Golf Courses You Can Play -Play Golf the Wright Way -To Win and Die in Dixie: The Birth of the Modern Golf Swing and the Mysterious Death of Its Creator -The Sure Thing: The Making and Unmaking of Golf Phenom Michelle Wie
What are you guys diging into this off season?

Did you read Fearless Golf? Perhaps the best golf psychology book ever written.

This winter I finished "Hogan the man I knew" by Kris Tschetter. I would recommend it, it gives a different perspective on Hogan.
I am looking forward to Feinstein's new book. The excerpt on Tiger in Golf Digest was great so that is one I am looking forward to.
Have you finished Sure Thing? I was thinking about that but wasn't sure if it is worth it.
I know that kevcarter is a big reader not sure why he didn't comment here.

My list for this year:
* Where Golf is Great - James W. Finegan Beautiful picture book of courses in Scotland & Ireland. The content is just as good as the pictures so far.
* Mental Toughness Training for Golf - Dr. Rob Bell Read this in a few hours. Some good practice drills, but not as much meat as I was hoping for. Could be a good reference for future practice.
* Paper Tiger - Tom Coyne I had read 'A Course Called Ireland' and couldn't put this one down either.

I haven't, but it's on the short list.
Have you finished Sure Thing?
Haven't ordered it yet.

I also really enjoyed the Biography on Homer Kelley, but I am a big fan... Kevin

Also, a great old book about the tour I have always loved; The Bogey Man by George Plimpton. Some really great stories about some of the Old Timers personalities...

I am reading the Gummer bio of Homer. Also reading The Impact Zone. Planning on downloading a Jenkins book. I have a copy of Dead Solid Perfect somewhere. Funniest book I have read. When that guy at Goat Hills starts cussing I double over laughing! Just finished the book about Leon Crump, the golf gambler. I have met some of the people in that book.
