THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER USED THE WORD "CAST" AS A NEGATIVE IN THE GOLF SWING....................
Something to chew on...and spit out if you dont like.....I always hear all this talk about "casting" the golf club too early....as in "clubhead throwaway" or any of the other thousand words that we golf pros have come up with to describe releasing the club too early or un hinging your wrist too early....BUT THINK ABOUT THIS...If you were holding a fishing rod on your shoulder....and someone told you to cast it....the first thing that would naturally happen is your arms would move toward the target(straight in front of you) your arms would move first and the angle in your wrist would still be maintained intially BY YOUR ARMS MOVING FORWARD, without even thinking about it. Your wrist would snap and cast the rod perfectly....When you video this and slow it down, the video would show sergio type lag in almost everyone......SO IM SUGGESTING...CAST AWAY...GO AHEAD...ARMS FIRST==WRIST SECOND...JUST LIKE YOUR CASTING A FISHING POLE........OBVIOUSLY, THIS IS DONE DOWN, IN GOLF, AND NOT UP, AS IN FISHING.... ALSO, I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT FISHING...FOR YOU ANGLERS OUT THERE...BUT I DO TEACH KEVIN WIRTH....WHOS IS CONSIDERED ONE OF THE TOP 10 BASS FISHERMAN IN THE WORLD! LOL
