I have been to his site several times and viewed the videos. It appears that this would be a very easy way to swing. Reminds me somewhat of Paul Goydos' swing. Was wondering about ball position for this swing and also whether your stance is slightly open. Do you plan to make a DVD at some point explaining this swing technique? Thanks .

Check out Denny's YouTube channel. One just put up today. Denny's approach is not 'conventional' but I can say incorporating some of Denny's ideas late last season (last day actually) when I was off track really helped and I carded my best score (77 - a week earlier I had posted a pair of stroke controlled mid nineties specials). Oh yeah, I am in Canada and have never taken a lesson from Denny, just watched his youtubes videos...I wish he hadn't taken most of them down earlier this year. I really liked the ones about how the arms worked in the swing. www.youtube.com/watch?v=LaHgYTwaL14

Denny - would you be willing to explain how the influences of O'Grady & Kuykendall have changed & shaped your ideas & teachings over time? I really appreciate knowing histories and teaching lineages, in order to understand the progressive thought development of a thing. I'd found your website for the 1st time yesterday, and whilst studying the various videos, I thought to myself -- "Is that a Jack Kuykendall influence in that swing? I thought he was mainly O'Grady influenced??" - sure enough, upon further reading, discovered your credits of Kuykendall. (with all due respects to ALL influences) (I'd purchased the LPG system about 6 years ago) Thanks for your time & consideration Denny. <---- edit .... later same day ----> I finally got a little better with the wonderful Search function here, and found the topic denny alberts, s&t, darom swing and specifically your post ---> richie3jack.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=gotopost&board=general&thread=3141&post=29981. then I followed a bit of cloran's Swing story about his adventures w/ Denny, until they seemed to abruptly end on p. 19. .... picking up some of Greg's recent experiences too - helps alot to live basically just down the road, don't it? Thanks to anyone, including Denny, who can point me to more of your experiences -- especially including a discussion of the DISTANCES you're realizing with the swing per degree of whatever club (38* - 40* - 42* 8i ...which is it?) - I could care less about others' opinions of what I, or any swing, LOOKS like. <---- 2nd edit ----> H*lls Bells - looking at your website, I should call & find out your fee for an hour phone/webcam consult, so's I can have a discussion about your evolution in real-time!! Still want to hear further about those DISTANCES, though ...

Denny, thanks very much & may Golf Bless You for taking the time/effort to respond to my questions. Wish I'd known about you when I was in Phoenix 2 years ago for a March winter getaway. I just had a session in my area w/ Dave Cahill - a more recent student of Mac's, so as I began to search deeper for more things Mac, that's how I learned of you . Sure respect how you seem to extract the useful nuggets from the characters you've studied with, and not throw the bast*rd (oops, I mean baby ) out with the bathwater.

I am glad you mentioned Pivot Denny, I feel like some of the TGM and darome stuff lacks depth and clarity on the pivot. I referenced this in my phone call a few weeks ago.
Incorrect pivot and your going to dump the wedges, your going to drop and slide.

Left/Centered leaning= need to be more athletic for optimum? Right leaning = less athleticism required for optimum?
Thats the way I see it

i am still not clear on what the arms are to do. it appears that you are going to two arms straight position sometimes, yet you speak of shortening the left arm radius. could you clear my confusion on this matter.

Denny, do you use the four, two, one move when hitting the driver? Are the shoulders 45 degrees open at impact with a driver? What about the eyes and head movements? thanks in advance for the answers. Oh yeh, maybe a vid on the three centers would be great. in one video lyou mentioned changing the plane on the downswing, that would be great to understand how that is done.

Most good golf swings have a "4-2-1" which is from the top of the swing your heart moves 4 inches toward the target and 2 inches (counter fall) away from target line and 1 inch up. I have not measured these numbers . So they are an approximation.Yes I use this on all shots . The chip shot is more like 2-1-1. Can you please put those moves on timeline. So from top of the backswing but until what moment of swing?
