What's a Development Tour? It's basically a min-tour for golf. You pay a fee to play in numerous golf tournaments throughout a region (based on the tour). If you place in the tour, then you win a portion of the purse (thus get paid to play golf). It's basically to help you develop your golf game. And....maybe, one day make it to the PGA. ;D
