I have a major problem where my weight goes towards my toes on the backswing and even more on the downswing. This causes me to be over plane and then I get jammed up b/c I do not have any room. I have tried hitting with my toes up but still manage to find a way to lean forward.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

"doctor it hurts when I do this...then don't do that" line I would love to help you if you can get some video posted up.

Range of motion issue or tilts being off is my guess. Video would show it though.

Try alternating hitting a few shots with golf balls or something else like a 1x4 under your toes to get the feeling of being more centered on your feet v toes. Just 3 or 4 then 5 regular shots.
You don't want your weight on your heels either but more on the forward portion of your arch - NOT on the balls of your feet.
Balance really starts at address and spine tilt, club length, height, can all play a part. If you're in the correct address plus not losing spine angle excessively during the swing then also get your clubs checked for proper fit. Hope this helps. RDM
