I was doing a brief checkup on the top Tour players in driving in just the first two events. I saw that Adam Hadwin is currently the 6th best and has played in both events (Frys.com and Shriners) so far.
Looking at Hadwin, he's only 28 years old and about 5'9" tall and 155 pounds, yet generates 117 mph and topped out a 120 mph. Here's a look at his radar metrics thus far:
Clubhead Speed: 116.0 (45th) Launch Angle: 11.4 (74th) Max Height: 112.9 feet (23rd) Spin Rate: 2,973 rpm Miss Bias: 58.1% L
He has putted well so far (+.588 at Frys.com and +1.154 at Shriners) and his Red Zone game has been very good. Unfortunately for him, Silverado CC and TPC Summerlin stressed Yellow Zone shots (125-175 yards) more than Red Zone shots (175-225 yards). And his Short Game has been very good as well.
I would not be surprised to see him contend or win very soon since his game has been rock solid.
Here's some swing videos, although these were taken a while ago:
Here's a video where Adam's trainer, Jason Glass, discusses the regimen they have put Adam thru to help with rotational speed.
