One of the items I am trying to achieve is allowing the left wrist to remain flat to the finish, it is very hard. Here is a photo that shows MOG with a flat left wrist at the top but as you can see mine is very much bent. Is there anything one can do to promote this position? Here is Lynn Blake in a similar position

The Taly has been a huge help to me. Recocking and keeping it inside the Taly as Lynn is teaching somewhere in this video. Kevin

Interesting note on the Taly, I had not realized that it helped in that regards.

Mac uses a CP release and the in the finish he cocks the left wrist up and then folds the left arm up.

Greg
I think that your left wrist bends in the early finish phase of your swing because you have insufficient external rotation of the left humerus in the left shoulder socket during the finish swivel action. However, I personally do not believe that it will deleteriously affect your ball flight.
Lynn Blake has a sufficient amount of external rotation of his left humerus, and that allows him to get the left forearm vertical to the ground in the finish phase of his swing.
