I got a high school tournament in two days and I did a practice round at the course were the tournament is. This is p the hardest course I have ever played. Almost every hole has trouble left and right. I lost so many balls when I played today it was crazy. I was hitting the biggest push slice. All I need is about 230 off the tee so I decided to switch to a 3 wood but I also hit some push slices with that. I don't know what to do, should I club down more to make sure I hit the fairway and try to hit the green from 180+ yards or should I try to play the push slice and aim way left?

Your clubface is wide open at impact. I would suggest working on that.
I think if you have little confidence with either the driver or the 3-wood, you should just go with the driver.
