What "new" blades are made closest to the way "old" blades were made 20-30 years ago?
The Miura Tournament Blade? MP-68?
It seems to me that with new blades the CG is lower and the ballflight higher and its harder to work new blades.
I know I'm dealing with minute detail folks in comparing new blades with old blades.

MP68's are nothing like an older blade, maybe the closest is the Titleist?

Scratch, Miura Tournament and Baby Blades, Raven, etc. Basically you're going to spend a good amount of cash to get a set of blades that match what was perfected 50 years ago.
If you want something more affordable, and more modern than vintage, you can't go wrong with MP14s, MP29s, any of the Titleist MBs, etc. There's a lot to choose from.
