I signed up to access the Titlest Performance Institute's (TPI) website called mytpi.com. It is a free site and they have a number of pre round warmups and post round stretches that are good. They also offer some workouts that are geared towards endurance, strength, balance etc that are helpful. I like it because everything is geared towards playing better golf. They also have a list of personal trainers that have been certified by TPI if you are looking for a trainer that has a focus in golf.

A childhood friend of mine, Lance Gill, works as the head trainer at their corporate headquarters in Oceanside, CA. I've never really talked to him about it (I didn't even know he was working there until about a year ago). I had a friend get involved in their program and he saw dramatic improvements in his game. Gained about a legit 25 yards with his irons!
I do agree that some of their theories in regards to the *swing* are something I may not agree with. Like if somebody is making a fault in their swing, they tend to blame the golfer's fitness or lack thereof instead of their mechanics and alignments, but I think if you get with the right certified TPI instructor who knows the body and the mechanics of the swing, then you can greatly improve.
WELCOME ABOARD!

I'm going through the program right now. My 2nd day working out. It is interesting, a lot of exercises that help your weak areas. My issues are hip stability, right shoulder mobility, and early extension in the golf swing. I will work with Orr on the swing, but go to this guy for fitness. I will keep you guys updated on the progress.
