So you pay for them to market balls to you that you don't actually get to hit until you have already paid them? Why not just go buy a bunch of sleeves of balls and hit them and see which works best? If you are as tweeked out as you need to be to seriously put thought into your golf ball you can probably get close. Worst case scenario you get a shag bag full of relatively decent golf balls. This would have to go a step further to be even valuable in my opinion. How about after I go through the online process and fill out your questionnaire etc. You actually mail me a sleeve of the top 3 balls you selected for me. Then it might be something I would consider paying for. Still probably not though.

I would much rather try many different brands and types of balls. I just do not find there is one best ball for me. If I am playing a long course with big greens, I will want to play a ball that will give me better distance and not a lot of spin. On a shorter course with small greens I want a ball I can control more through the use of spin. There are so many good balls available today it is like a huge smorgasbord. It isn't like back when the only ball I could afford to play was the Acushnet Club Special.

I found that it worked ok. If you honestly put your info in, you get a list of balls all ranked according to your info. It's cheaper than buying a bunch of sleeves and I found the top 3 they gave me to be accurate in terms of how I liked them.
