Any of those would be fine, but easiest if you can get one with the measurements as part of the machine. It would be a real pain in the ass to bend-remove-measure-replace-bend again... rinse, repeat.
Shop Craigslist, Fleabay, local golf shops... I picked up a Scotland Loft/Lie machine WITH a stand for $250 from a local shop that had it sitting in their back room for 5 years. Talk to everyone, let everyone you run into know you're looking for a loft/lie machine. You'd be surprised how many are just sitting in someone's shop not being used.
Which brings me to my next point. Make sure you have a spot for it. Get a stand if it's in your budget, or bolt that sucker down tight. Check with your old lady before bolting to the kitchen table.
