This is a toughy for me. There's a course called StoneBridge in the Utica, NY area I believe. This had all of the crappiness you could imagine, but what took the cake was their sand traps were made out of GRAVEL.
Also, every hole played for a duck hook or an extreme block. Usually the latter, so crappy players could shoot good scores by hitting their slice and wind up being in perfect position.

Sunken Meadow State Golf course. It was pretty much lift clean and place all the time. Not because of water but because of goose crap.

We have some problems with goose crap at some of the courses I play at. People don't understand that you shouldn't feed the geese because they'll never leave.
At one course, which is a nice course, they destroyed the greens on the frontside because they ate up a ton of the grass.

My local course I grew up playing, Tallapoosa Golf Club. The greens always had crows foot (a weed) growing in them, cows occasionally destroyed the greens not to mention the kids on four wheelers. If the course was not so cheap to play I would have quite playing there along time ago.
