How do you play shots of these distances? Mainly 'clockface' biased or mainly 'feel' biased? Are you relying on range finders or are you trusting your eyes?
How do you set up for these distances?
Your thoughts, ideas and practice regimens would be very much appreciated...

I try to break it down on EXACTLY how far I hit 1/2 swings and full swings with each of my wedges. The clock system doesn't work for me because I cannot get the feel of the other clock positions.
I STRONGLY suggest you find out exactly how far you hit your Gap Wedge (if you have one), SW and LW.
The reason being is I am always trying to figure out how to get to those exact yardages if I feel my shot will wind up inside 100 yards.
I hit my SW about 91 yards with a full swing. So, if I don't think I can reach a par-5 in two, I may try to judge how I can get the ball to about 90 yards.
Or if I hit a driver into trouble and need to punch out, I'm again thinking about getting it to 90 yards.
This thought process will eliminate a lot of those 1/2, 3/4 or 1/4 shots.

I have a 48, 52, 56, 60 which I use for those distances. I had all those distances down but they were based around the Pelz 'finese swing' - The problem is is that my home course is almost always windy and that nice high floaty shot was being eaten alive in the wind! Now the days are getting longer again I'll probably go and and recalibrate my wedge distances again soon based on my normal swing.
3JACK are you setting up at impact fix or standard address for your wedge shots? Do you try and keep your weight left or is there a weight shift?

I pretty much am 1/2 and 1/2 with address. Somewhere in between regular address and impact fix. Ball a little back further in my stance. Keep the weight about 60-40 unless I need to hit it low or high.
