Played 9 holes this morning:
For fear of being ostracized I will not be posting my round today. Instead I will share a few of my findings from this morning.
-When you get to the course at 5:23 am and they tell you your tee time is 5:27... either walk away or ask for a later time.
-It takes me a good 20-30 balls to warm up and find my swing when I'm just going to the driving range to work on something. What it God's name would make me think I can start striping them with nothing more than a quick twist to crack my back and a half hearted hamstring stretch.
-When playing with someone else do not start playing at their speed. If they walk up to their putt and hit the ball without looking at ANYTHING... it doesn't mean you have to.
How is it that someone can shoot 41 one day and (I'm not even going to type it, I want to throw up!) the next?... on the same course, same conditions, same ball, same clubs, same person... heck, I was even wearing the same hat.

Sorry to hear about your round cloran, but those "findings" should help you out in the future. Like you, I've learned (the hard way) that playing golf when I'm not physically/mentally prepared can be disastrous. Shake it off, you'll bounce right back .
