On vacation in Oceanside Ca, just north of San Diego. I played Arrowood Golf Course today. Its the 5th time I have played this track and I think its a legit test of golf, 140 slope from the back tees and its really a tee shot course. Hit it well off the tee you are going to have a good day, spray it and its not going to be fun. The second shots to the green are pretty trouble free without a ton of bunkering break around the green. This was the first round I have played since I started working on my hand path, moving it more inside. I hit my irons super, in fact twice I was dead in trouble and after a penalty stroke hit great shots. I drove it so so, was hooking it on the range and then was blocking it on the course. I also had some sky tee shots, never have that happen, my guess is the hand path has mess with the path? I hit the driver better on the back. Gagged the finish with a double-bogey finish, thats irritating. Next up Thursday is Talega, a kick ass Fred Couple design. Here is the card. Attachments:
