Slice - I think your right foot slides so much because you keep your weight predominantly left throughout the swing. If you deweight onto the inside of your right heel in transition, it will be difficult for your right foot to slide so much. Lag likes the golfer to keep the weight on the right side and let the post impact intentions pull us over to the left.
Having said all the above, it's clear that this would be a big change for you and so it's probably best not to force it - just let the drilling take you there.

Took this video today, sent it with an M2 drills video to Lag, hoping to move into M3 pretty soon here.
I think the right foot is working a bit better than before

Much better. Believe it or not, you're not too far away from getting the idea behind M3 as well.

Been playing a lot of tennis lately in preparation for college so I haven't been working on my module drills as much I should be, face is turning over too fast through impact and my backswing still looks funky.

Take my comments for what they're worth, but the first thing I noticed is that with your finish, you don't get your weight to your left side and your right foot is stuck to the ground. I think if you improve this it would help with keeping the face from turning over so fast like you're worried about as the transfer of weight from right to left would seem to keep the face open longer.
Other than that, I think it looks pretty great. From what I can see, you're coming right down the elbow plane which is great. Your right arm is bending on the BS the appropriate amount and not too much. Your left wrist is flat at the top, the face matches it. You're not over swinging or cocking your left wrist too much. You have a preset in your hips which is a great move for hitters. Your head dips a touch during the DS like a lot of great ball strikers and then you're powering back up through impact (ground forces). If you get your weight moved over to the left side, I think you're near golden. Keep it up!
EDIT: spelling

Thanks for the comment, yeah I had been working for so long on M2 and not getting on my toes before impact that I guess I didn't even notice my foot not coming up much at all in the finish. I'll give that a try

I can see why! Your transition is a thing of beauty - module 6 already ingrained without doing it! Did you always start with your right leg straightened or was that something you copied from Lag? I've tinkered with the idea myself but I find it a little difficult to find my posture when I do that.

Thanks, I copied the straight right leg from Lag as he said it was "one less moving part" and it helped him get into a consistent position at the top Your swing is at a different level.........superior work! Thanks gmb Nice swing. Lots of Mod 2. What module are you current on? Thanks, I've been on Module 3 for close to a month now I think

Have you showed Lag your swing lately? It's so ABS it's untrue - you are 3 modules ahead of yourself, and some! Oh to be young and with talent!
