This is a good video worth watching. "Coach" posted it on Bman forum but was citizen arrested by "softconsult": "Sorry, but I just find it surprising that the user "Coach" finds it perfectly acceptable to post a video link on Brian's site to a 27 minute instructional video from, in essence, a competitor's site/business. Something about the sort of scripted back and forth dialog is well, irritating and phony, at least to me." What is irritating and phony is that there are actually people that not only tolerate Bman's anti-science anti-progress scientific stand but actually volunteer to be his hounds. So question for Bman, for short iron low trajec shots, still go normal and outtoss?

I'm not sure why softconsult or somebody that is not affiliated with Brian's business like a Kevin Shields or Mike Finney, etc.; would really care if another poster posts a competitor's video.
I understand why Brian and Co. may not like it and I mean that in a fair and good sense of the term. The forum is really about Brian and his teaching and if he doesn't want other people's work on the forum, then I think that is his prerogative. And I don't think he's being unreasonable.

I wasn't posting it to go against anything Brian says or to cause a "ruckus" I posted it because it seems to add to the discussion about steepen and swallowing the swing. Joe is one of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to Trackman, Grant one of the best ball strikers. Their student Brian Gay just won the last PGA event. Like I said if it goes against Forum rules then by all means take it off. Was not my intention to introduce a "competitor ".

I never thought that was your intention either, Lloyd.
But, I don't think it's unreasonable for Brian to want to only put his work on the forum. However, I don't see why somebody like softconsult has a problem with it either.

Playa - I thought you were a better businessman! Only the Paranoid Survive! Good book: www.amazon.com/Only-Paranoid-Survive-Exploit-Challenge/dp/0385483821/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1359059456&sr=8-1&keywords=only+the+paranoid+survivecoach - Hopefully you enjoyed my brief comments on the subject as it relates to impact conditions. I'm not against the TGM concept of the drive/hold release and if it works for you great. Brian stated awhile back that he didn't want videos of other instructors on his website. I didn't the impression there was bad intention, but others might view it differently. Hell, Tim Brown thinks Callahan threw a SuperBowl because he was friends with Chuckie. (I suspect the crazy center left and Callahan new the backup was better at pass protection which is why the gameplan might have changed).

Read that when I was still a young man Allow me to play dumb for a second. Bman's entire site is geared toward talking down on their competitors. Finney would out of the blue use it like a private message in a way to get to Jeffy or teeace or many others I don't even follow. Watching competitors' material is just a click away. Who are they kidding, really!? So, OK, one more thing against Bman for making rules that absolutely do not make sense! Again, just trying to be caring and helpful.

His site, his rules. Makes perfect sense. Why would someone create a website to champion competitors? That's ridiculous. Huge difference between a general forum like this site that welcomes different views vs. someone using their website as a business platform. Let the market decide playa. Quit acting like Obama wanting to control everything.

Quit acting like Obama wanting to control everything. Simply putting up videos of other instructors for illustration purpose so that the Bman gang can show off how wrong others can be is essentially what they do now, minus the videos. What they are paranoid about is when other instructors actually make more sense on whatever subjects. They are fearful they would look inferior and lose the attention of the followers. That is putting their own interest ahead of people who want to learn about golf the most optimal way by having all ideas vigorously debated and evaluated. Bman claims he is the best in many things. His action speaks otherwise. Unfortunately, his controlling ways do not work well in the age of internet and viral media. The Intel chief was paranoid that his company was not innovative enough. He never tried to suppress good or better ideas. Bman constantly tries to suppress good or better ideas, like a communist dictator, with you as a commune member

It's his site and he can do whatever he wants. Let the market decide or call him up. His number is on his website to tell him your views.

Isn't everything you are learning about the golf swing, from that Hawaiian tennis player, absolutely 100% correct? You are IN THE KNOW... you are now intellectually superior. You shouldn't waste your time with such trivial matters.

I know it is his site. Stop repeating the obvious It's like arguing his behaviors are his and therefore others cannot critique. I am not going to call him up to be his life coach. He can't afford it What he needs any kindergarten teachers can handle. I think the market is deciding against him. Whether his legacy will be remembered as bozo the clown is up to him really. I believe you can tell right from wrong. If you are his true friend, you should be the one giving him a piece of your mind, before he dives head first into a very deep bunker

Intellectually superior to Bman? Hell yeah.

Playa -
Your posts are disingenuous. If you truly believe you want to help the guy then call him up. It's obvious that you want to hide behind a facade of help to take shots at him. Just take shots at him straight up. Much more believable that way anyway.

You can't just label me disingenuous like that. Actually, you can, if we go by Bman'sm way of doing things. As I said, I don't do things for free. Does he want a lesson? To break a chronic disease is not going to be easy, you know.
