Really? ;D ;D What Javelin guys are doing before the throw is to close hips as much as possible. Then they rotate them as hard as possible through the hit. Quote: Teeace. The key words in your statement are " at all". I disagree. Or maybe you should understand how they "run" before the throw. You would maybe understand also why their hips don't rotate

Between frames 2 and 3 happens just the same than with AN, but the ROM is just bigger make a gif image

Now if you want to talk about square circles no problem.... lol! I would like your definition of what ROC is, that would be of interest to not just me but Cloran and C.W. and maybe some others.
We all can learn, even someone as brilliant as you can learn, it's all about the learning, you should share some of that with us who are less informed as yourself.
