I admire the fact that you (as moderator) can disagree with me and not try and censor my posts.
On a personal level, I never mind if a forum member disagrees with my opinions. So, when you write-: "And as far as Anthony Kim goes, I tend to side with iteachgolf on this one. I think iteachgolf has presented his case with something that is more believable TO ME than Jeff." - the fact that you prefer Dan's arguments doesn't bother me. You are entitled to harbor a different opinion than me on this issue.
I do have one question to you (and other forum members) who prefer Dan's opinion that AK's baseline is right-of-the-target.
There are three different driver swing videos of AK in this thread and in every driver swing video his initial ball flight is straight down the middle (in the direction of the centered baseline that I have drawn). If his baseline is really aimed right-of-the-target, then that means that he is pulling the ball slightly left in each of those three driver swings. Do you believe that is the "correct" explanation for his ball flight pattern? Do you think that he is deliberately closing his clubface relative to his rightwards-directed clubhead path - thereby deliberately ensuring that he hits a pull left?
Jeff.
